Voice logger is a PC based solution for recording the conversation and online monitoring.
This solution records entire conversation that are made from pre-defined telephones located at dealing room, archiving them to act as evidence if any legal compliance are required.
It has online supervisor module to overhear the conversation between the caller and agent. The solution has been given to Brac Bank which also used in the treasury department of Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Islami Bank, One Bank, The City Bank, AB Bank, EXIM Bank and Uttara Bank. We are providing solution since 2004.
