BOARDPAC

BoardPAC product is aimed at automating board paper delivery to the Board Members and obviating the need to carry printed papers for Board Meetings as well as facilitating the review of papers before the meeting through an iPad.
The Board Secretary Division will collate all the papers for a particular Board Meeting category and upload these documents from the web backend. They will have access to create new meetings, upload documents, close meetings, change approvals etc. to manage the backend (All these features are listed in section 3).
From the iPad client, Board Members and Board Secretary can view the meetings, Board Papers and supporting documents. Board Members can approve/reject, comment and annotate on the papers. At the same time Board Secretary can check on the status of the papers, supporting documents and comments on the Board Papers. In addition to those activities, Board Members and Board Secretary can also view shared documents such as FAQs, Compliance reports, policy reports, latest news about the company and meeting calendar which specifies all the meeting dates and information. More……
