Prime bank ltd. has chosen “Queue Pro” (Queue Management System) solution for managing their automated queue system as part of their customer service quality improvement. Business Automation Ltd. has signed up an agreement with Prime Bank Limited for provide the solution to 16 branches (for Dhaka, Chittagong & Sylhet area) and it obtained through the competitive bid.
Queue Pro is an effective & systematic queue management system designed to ensure discipline & guided client experience. Clients are selecting the services from a touch screen kiosk, choosing a token and waiting in an allowed place. The system is announcing the tokens with displaying the counter number in a giant screen for obtained expected services. The branch manager can view the statistics on waiting clients from his desk and can rearrange the counters in line with the traffic of clients. The management will get the data and summary of information about the number of customers and service matrix, time and other reports.
