As part of their customer services, they have planned for a complete service delivery platform of Business Automation Ltd. where there would be a call center for attending the customer’s online order taking & response. The customers will be able to take information from phone-banking, statement by SMS, Fax and e-mail. The system will have an interface at the office for the customers’ who will be taking statements from a kiosk. The entire services are integrated. The management will be able to monitor the services and business by using the dashboards under Qlikview. Business Automation is providing this service delivery platform specially designed for the merchant banks/brokerage houses of Bangladesh.
