Web Based Application related with Agricultural Products and Services for “Krishi Call”. Krishi call is a VAS service of Banglalink. Content Management System (CMS) & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be in Bangla Language (Unicode). The CRM will collect data of the callers and capture the information service taken.
