Queue management solution for Diabetic Association

Diabetic Association of Bangladesh will use SmartQ ( the Queue management solution ) of Business Automation for improving it's customer service at their hospital / health care centers. Simed International, a dutch company has entered with a contract with Business Automation for providing the solution to BIHS Hospital
 at Mirpur, Dhaka under the project "Health Care Development Project". Simed International is a partner of Diabetic Association of Bangladesh. The project will focus on improvement of patients' service management at BIHS hospital. Business Automation is working in improvement of customer service through queue management since 2005.
