Union Bank of India (UBI) has chosen Queue Pro for managing their queue management system as part of their customer service improvement. The system has been designed to cater the special needs from UBI. The special feature of branch based deployment with centralized synchronization for reporting has given UBI to address full time connectivity challenge when rolling out nationwide, yet getting the centralized reporting and management. The card reader options with validation from banking database for queue routing has enabled UBI for sentimentalizing the customer based on their transaction volume. The system has been implemented by Forbes Technosys Ltd., India.
